How Does Shipping Work?

All orders are shipped via USPS. I work super hard to get your items shipped as quickly as possible. International orders are shipped for an additional charge. Email us at northernbelleboutiquewi@gmail.com for more info.

Do You Have Gift Cards?

You bet we do! The recipient will receive an email with the gift code and a personalized message from you.

Just remember, gift cards are non-refundable.

Do You Have A Physical Store?

Yes! We moved into our new store in New London in late 2020. Come see us at  our new home on Shawano St. near Wal-Mart. In the warmer months our mobile pop-up boutique the Liberty makes appearances at places around Central Wisconsin, so follow us on Instagram or Facebook to learn where she'll appear next. And as always, you're always welcome to shop from the comfort of your home.

Can I Pick Up An Item?

Don't want to wait for the mail? Items are eligible for pick up. Select Local Pick Up during checkout. An email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pick up. We are not able to ship items if local pick up is selected.  Items must be picked up within one month of order date or they will be donated to charity.

What Size Do I Order?

I get it, sometimes online shopping can get a little intimidating when it comes to ordering the correct size.  A general sizing chart can be found under the size chart tab. We do out best to give a detailed product description with each item. We also recommend paying attention to the fabric content, i.e. 100% polyester won't have nearly as much stretch as a polyester/spandex combination.

How Can I Use A Gift Or Promo Code?

When you start the checkout process, enter your code in the box that says “Add Coupon” or “Gift Certificate.”

What Happens If There Is An Error Message On My Order?

If you get an error code, email me at northernbelleboutiquewi@gmail.com.  I will try to get the issue resolved ASAP and your cute new looks on your doorstop super fast!

When Do I Get An Order Confirmation?

Right after you order, you should get an email confirmation letting you know we’ve received your request. You’ll also get an email as soon as we ship everything out.

Why was my card refunded?

Unfortunately, one or more items on your order was not available at the time of purchase. As a result, your card was refunded for the item’s purchase price. We apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused you.
