Yay!

You just placed your first NBB order and you are anxiously waiting for your package to arrive to your front door! Here you'll find all the details regarding shipping. Our customers are our number one priority, and we try our best to get your order shipped to you as soon as possible! However, we are a small business so our processes may vary slightly from larger businesses.

 

Shipping Time Frame: We ship orders Tuesday-Friday. Orders placed after 1:00p CST on Fridays will ship out the following Tuesday. 

U.S. POSTAL SERVICE SHIPPING

Shipments generally take approximately 3-5 business days after packages leave Northern Belle Boutique. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed processing. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

EFFECTIVE February 1ST, 2023:

  • Free Shipping on All Orders Over $99. Use code FREESHIPPING at checkout to redeem.
  • Online orders can be picked up at our store front location during business hours. Select "Local Pickup" and check out. Due to system limitations, we are unable to switch your shipping/pickup method after your order has been placed. 

*We will do all that we can to make sure your order is delivered on time; However, Northern Belle cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, postal interruptions, etc.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.

Northern Belle is not responsible for:

  • Delays with US Postal Service or UPS shipping

Wrong Address: If an order is shipped from Northern Belle to an incorrect address that you as the customer provided, you as the customer will be responsible to repay for reshipping. We WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer.
